Following the success of the basement parking deployment, the community expanded the infrastructure with a dedicated 6-meter boom barrier for the ground floor parking lot, installed on July 28, 2026. This ensures strict physical separation, preventing basement-allotted vehicles from occupying premium ground-floor parking spaces without authorization.
